Step 3- Once we have confirmed that there is availability in the classroom(s) of your choice, we will email you with instructions on how to complete the online enrollment and registration process and pay the $75 enrollment fee.
Step 4- We will need a copy of your child's birth certificate and up-to-date immunization records (or religious exemption form). These documents MUST be on file at least 7 days before your child's first day of school. You will receive a registration packet via email containing forms to review, sign, and return. These forms will include our family handbook acknowledgment, COVID Health Policy, ZCCC Sunscreen & Topicals authorization form, and the ProCare Parent App acknowledgment. For our 3's and 4's classes, you will also receive a potty-training policy acknowledgment form. If your child has any allergies or medical conditions that require medication such as Benadryl, EpiPen, AUVI-2, etc., please let us know, as we will need a signed medication form on file. You will also receive an email from our tuition processor, Tuition Express, requesting your recurring payment method information. A Financial Agreement with tuition details and payment information will also be included in the packet. All documents must be signed and returned for your child's enrollment to be complete.
Current family enrollment for the 2025 Summer program and the 2025-2026 Academic Year program will open on March 17, 2025.
Open enrollment will begin on April 1, 2025.
