New Family Enrollment for our Summer 2024 program and our 2024-2025 Academic year program is open! Please read through all the information below and follow these steps for enrollment.

Step 1- View our summer and fall program sheets by clicking the buttons below. Please read over these sheets carefully. Our Family Handbook is a great resource and contains school policy, enrollment information, and more. Please request a copy by clicking here. Step 2- Please click this link to give us some preliminary information about your family and your enrollment needs. 

​

Step 3- Once we have confirmed that there is availability in the classroom(s) of your choice, we will email you with instructions on how to complete the online enrollment and registration process and pay the $75 enrollment fee.

 

Step 4- We will need a copy of your child's birth certificate and up-to-date immunization records (or religious exemption form). These documents MUST be on file at least 7 days before your child's first day of school. You will receive a registration packet via email containing forms to review, sign, and return. These forms will include our family handbook acknowledgment, COVID Health Policy, ZCCC Sunscreen & Topicals authorization form, and the ProCare Parent App acknowledgment. For our 3's and 4's classes, you will also receive a potty-training policy acknowledgment form. If your child has any allergies or medical conditions that require medication such as Benadryl, EpiPen, AUVI-2, etc., please let us know, as we will need a signed medication form on file. You will also receive an email from our tuition processor, Tuition Express, requesting your recurring payment method information. A Financial Agreement with tuition details and payment information will also be included in the packet. All documents must be signed and returned for your child's enrollment to be complete.
